Emily and Russell invited us down to spend New Year's Eve at their house and we had a great time! We filled up on appetizers and fondue and rang in the new year early with the kids before putting them to bed and playing games, laughing and talking until 11:45 pm. Then we put on our swimsuits and braved the freezing cold to sit in the hot tub and ring in the new year with sparkling cider. It was so fun to sit in the hot water while the cold air froze our wet hair. Then we counted down to "cheers", watched the fireworks and a crazy Aaron run into the snow barefoot to make a snow angel in his swimming suit!! "New Year, New Aaron!" CHEERS!
